Each resident receives a starter pack with toiletries and has a private, lockable room. The property meets current fire and safety regulations.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the house but allowed in designated outdoor areas using specific bins.
- The property features front and back garden spaces.
- The home is conveniently near shops, shopping centers, and recreational facilities like cinemas, gyms, and swimming pool, all easily accessible by walking or public transport.
