Teen Focus offers emergency and medium to long-term supported accommodation for Looked After Children under social services. We provide high-quality living spaces with personalized care plans, assigned key workers, and 24/7 support, ensuring respect and empowerment for independent living.
We equip young people with essential life skills such as budgeting, cooking, and time management through one-on-one coaching, mentoring, and workshops, helping them navigate independent life.
We assist with career development by offering mentoring, coaching, and workshops, and collaborate with organizations for training and work placements. Regular staff interactions support their career progression.

We support job seekers with CV writing, interview coaching, and goal setting, celebrating achievements to build self-esteem and confidence.
We provide urgent placements and crisis management, offering safety and support during breakdowns, remand, and other emergencies.
Our 24/7 support includes emotional and counselling services, helping young people cope with difficulties and ensuring they know they are not alone.
